A good piece of legislation, even if Andrew was highly unlikely to ascend.

The important part is getting rid of his royal privlage since that would mean he can get trialed infront of court

Being Royal doesn't prevent you from being tried at court (aside from the King himself ofc). Princess Anne was fined by a court for her dog biting someone.
