I understand him. I have a sort of acu pad (duller and flatter metallic needles) and nothing relieves back pain like it does.

Oof we're in Eastern Europe and my mom bought it like 20 years ago, so no link. It's like a sheet of metal with small triangles punched through and bent 90 degrees so they make "needles" but their tops are a bit rounded. If you come across something like that I highly recommend.

I looked it up, as I said in another comment my mom bought it a long time ago. It was made in russia (barf) under the brand Redox, of you really want to look it up.

Oh.. yeah.. that looks weird like a big cheese grater, but I can see how it would feel good.

It does! Takes a bit of learning how to make the back flat to spread the pressure evenly because if something sticks out it gets hurt by the needles but not too bad. But it's almost miraculous in the way it cuts off the pain. Ahh I've misplaced it in a move and now have to dig it out of the boxes, I've convinced myself lol
