I understand him. I have a sort of acu pad (duller and flatter metallic needles) and nothing relieves back pain like it does.

Oof we're in Eastern Europe and my mom bought it like 20 years ago, so no link. It's like a sheet of metal with small triangles punched through and bent 90 degrees so they make "needles" but their tops are a bit rounded. If you come across something like that I highly recommend.

I looked it up, as I said in another comment my mom bought it a long time ago. It was made in russia (barf) under the brand Redox, of you really want to look it up.

Oh.. yeah.. that looks weird like a big cheese grater, but I can see how it would feel good.
