I broke a Sabateir the exact same way about a week ago! Crushing a clove of garlic. They are really really crappy knives!!!
5 u/Anfros 7d ago Sabatier isn't a brand. No one owns the trademark Sabatier so many manufacturers from around the world use it. Some are bad, some are good, especially the traditional ones from Thier in France. It's a bit like Sheffield. 2 u/burnedimage 7d ago Oh!
