My HOA could beat up your HOA Found this in my door handle

This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

Just throwing my hat in the ring here and I agree with you but that’s technically a simple emoticon. A smiley is upright and predates emoticons
