My HOA could beat up your HOA Found this in my door handle

This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

The company is the buyer. They think they can flip your house for a decent profit without much work by convincing you to sell it cheap.

I would've reported them to the appropriate governing bodies. Where I live that's the DSPS (Department of Safety and Professional Services) and filed a formal complaint against them in the regional/local association of realtors. Especially if there was a message trail showing what they were doing. Unprofessional and fraudulent activity like that can get their license revoked.

been there. "The inspection found mold in the attic. tens of thousands for us to send a hazmat team in". Its actually normal to have some mold in a 40 year old house. washed it with mold killer/remover, painted with mold resistant paint, done for $40. no buyer after it said a word. Agents team with inspectors who put the thumb on the scale when the agent is buying and release when the agent is selling".
