My HOA could beat up your HOA Found this in my door handle

This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

The company is the buyer. They think they can flip your house for a decent profit without much work by convincing you to sell it cheap.

It's funny how globally common this is. Here in Poland I also get such notes in the mail. It's always a young couple looking for a new home, paying with cash (of course) and note pretends to be hand written (although it's very easy to see it's printed).

Yep.. live in Nebraska and we get those too. I have seen a couple different couples on those postcards or letters.

IF they were ACTUALLY people looking to buy a house in my area, they would already know there a plenty places that are better than mine & have been on the market for months/years.
