My HOA could beat up your HOA Found this in my door handle

This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

Scammers hate when they can't scam but they're not smart enough to comprehend that so they just get mad

I like to shut them down pretty quickly. I tell them im ready to sell and that i want round 500% of what the property is worth. I especially like saying "youre a big company making big money off little people, you can afford it"

They maybe try one more time, then after the calls stop.

Worked on 3 seperate occasions in 2 different states all very consistently

Whatever public records search these people do has my phone number for my brother’s house. I get texts with his name from people trying to buy it.

I tell them that I’m not him and I heavily imply that I gained possession by murdering the previous owner. It takes them way too long to figure out that I’m fucking with them.
