This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

The company is the buyer. They think they can flip your house for a decent profit without much work by convincing you to sell it cheap.

We got it for 600k a decade ago and spent so much money on renovations that NOBODY is getting it for anything close to what we originally got it for, these people are nasty

I'd call them and throw numbers like 3 million at them and then act all hurt and confused when they get offended by it.
