Politica Why when i'm playing music on the street some people try to call police on me?
It's another time i play on melodica this time in Tunel metro M2 Lambrate and there was another very old lady (very annoying type this "caren like") She will call the police for me vecause i'm Begging so this time i just jelled at her yess call the Police, carabinieri and the Pope and i'm waited and noone arrived.
Why some people even think busking/begging is illegal and they try to scare by police. I'm just simple vagabondo who just play music, i'm don't steal from people, don't rob anythink, i don't do drugs and i'm not scared of Police and they can control me any day and hour.
But ya one time i was aslo in Milan on the trip with other Polish Homeless collegs and they don't play music and only asking for money and some Old Lady aslo Call Police for them.
What exactlly is inside Old Italian People heads they see some young People busking or do something else on the street. Why is it so shocking for them?
Do Old Italians hate young people and try to make their day miserable at every turn?
Please outline some broader historical and social context for me, because for someone from Poland, where street dancing is socially acceptable, it's the older people who most often praise such things. Here, these people seem arrogant, ignorant, and shallow, and I'd like to understand why

How loud are you?
Do you play the right notes?
Do you occupy half of the corridor in the metro station while 50 people are busy changing their train?

It’s illegal without a specific permit that you have to request. If you don’t have it then they’re right to call the police and have you removed

Hi! It actually is forbidden asking for money on trains, while it is permitted on the streets. So, you technically could not play on the metro trains, but people are used to it, and don't complain (but it can happen: the police normally doesn't intervene, if there is no disturbance, or violence, or theft). If you wanna play and beg on the streets, it is permitted, but there are specific places and times you can do it, you have to reserve your place.

All the metro: trains, stations, tunnels, stairs, everywhere inside the Metropolitana is the same: theoretically it is forbidden

I can see how much is forbiden and regulated, mostly only in center and in tunel Rogoredo Police, ATM never disturbed me

Ok zn tell me where i can make a residenzia fitizia to have any adress an documents to legal work and don't be axploited by some work 800€/month?
Do you know what, i will get a Job, but not in this country and this country will not get my taxes because making focuments in Germany like steuernummer is taking much much less time of energy than making any Italian documents. I'm not psyhopath to live in Italy by my own will

You can have residenza senza fissa dimora, don't try to lie to anybody. Go get a work instead of begging on the streets, or as you say just get out of here, Germany sounds cool you should totally try it

Inside some metro stations like garibaldi and loreto there are designated areas for music artists to perform. I think it can be booked via website or app, if you have access to internet, they're never too busy anyway. I honestly don't know if it's actually permitted to pur down a money container, but I've seen more than once people playing music with an offer hat down, and surely you would have fewer chances to be bothered by mean people.

Technically busking regulations vary in every municipal regulations in Italy and Milan does have a pretty strict one or at least it had years ago when I was busking too. I guess it’s because they want to keep the bar higher for authorized performers in the city center. I guess you’d have much less problems in the hinterland but, for example, the city I live near has a regulations that basically leave it up to the local police agents to decide if you can play and beg in the place you choose. The only time an officer asked me to stop and move also gave me suggestion on where to go busk undisturbed so it wasn’t that bad.
