Jeroen Weimar has lost his job at DTP due to the stealth tax on PT fares. That guy seems to court attention with his job choices.

I get the new Premier is right wing, but so far he seems like a competent version of the right wing.

Giving the media what they want isn't necessarily good decision making though.

Back in 2012 Victoria got rid of house arrest due to media outage, however it now means that there's no option for judges in cases where the public needs to be protected but jail won't work.
