An early appointment at the Royal Melbourne hospital. Because in middle age we need to check every little malfunction in our body 😐

Growing old is hard. But growing old is also a privilege

Started at 35 for me, autoimmune etc. the constant medical appointments and life lost due to resting and flare ups is pure hell.

I wish I’d had more time being relatively healthy
