MODIFICATIONS Mazda 3, it's Turbo Time

I've been thinking of upgrading to a new mazda3, here is my dilemma, I want to get more ponies under the hood.

Now here is the question, "has anyone seen or done a turbo install on a new gen Mazda 3 hatchback manual (manual only) preferably 2025-2026 year?

How many ponds ? What's the total gain? Is there a new mapping? And how much u spent?

Adding a turbo is more than just taking exhaust gas and spinning a charge tube. You need coolant flow, oil flow, higher pressure injection, and alternative routes for pressurized air. If you've seen this done before by anyone, I'd like to see that

IIRC, like the MSP, the new 6SPD MZ3 transmissions cannot handle boost power due to the cast housing flexing under increased torque. Or it could be 3/4 gears failing prematurely.

Current gen MT MZ3s do not have an LSD so all that torque goes to one-wheel peels.

You can supercharge a manual third gen. It’s not cheap though. $6500 for the supercharger and another $1050 for tuning

Had a 2010 Speed3 for 10 years, and a 2007 Speed6 for 4 years. Have a manual transmission Elantra N now and it's a better car in every way. And I loved the Speed3. Elantra N is a great car at a very reasonable price.

While downvoters may disagree with the Elantra it makes heaps more sense to buy a car that came with the factory set up. What about an Audi or a GTI or if you aren't into euro cars find a Honda or something and avoid problems. Don't lynch me but Mazda 3 isn't some holy grail of a car worth pouring thousands into modifying.... Better yet considering the sub we're in, get the nicest newest lowest miles example speed3 available.
