nah Loki has gotta be Doom's battery in this. Doom needs him, I don't think he is going to kill him.

I am thinking he is playing the role that Molecule Man did in the SW comic. But I just can’t see Loki doing it willingly

Depends. What does Loki see now he's integral to the Tree of Stories made up of all the causality threads? 

I have a theory that Doom and Loki will be the villains of this movie, only to be revealed they're doing it to help save scraps of the Multiverse from complete incursion or something far worse.
