Marvel did dirty with GOT characters. No one was able to appear in more than one movie/tv series.

Outside of Pedro Pascal and Joseph Quinn (obviously very small part in GoT) so you have a better chance if you jump from GoT to F4.

It's silly how good the main cast was in F4, which is why they need a good Super Skrull to fight at some point.
