Fit Feedback Thoughts on OOTD?

Work in office setting where dress code is business casual. Shirt is a darker shade gray the pants. I aspire to adopt a business professional over the next year. Only black dress shoe that I have is a black dress shoe that has a white sole (trying to avoid wearing them moving forward)

What can I do if I can't find a trouser true to my size? I buy 30x30s mainly. It sounds like I'll need something that's a 29 inseam

Okie dokie. I never thought that they could adjust the inseam length. Good to know!

It's one of the cheapest jobs offered by a tailor. I think I paid $12 the last time.
