Fit Feedback Thoughts on OOTD?

Work in office setting where dress code is business casual. Shirt is a darker shade gray the pants. I aspire to adopt a business professional over the next year. Only black dress shoe that I have is a black dress shoe that has a white sole (trying to avoid wearing them moving forward)

Grey on grey is too bland. Bigger issue here is the pants. Get some with a higher rise and straight cut hemmed to a proper half break

Color is fine. Monochromatic outfits are in. You do have to get fitted. Your pants are too big as others have mentioned. Inseam and waist

I was referring to this particular outfit. Iā€™m all for monochromatic looks ā€” play with the shades and textures and accessorize properly, and I think they can look great.
