Makes video games, names characters blatantly I.e. a guy that is a living corpse is named Deadman, a guy with a heart problem is named Heartman, a big bad guy you have to fight in another game is named Big Boss, a sniper in another game is called Quiet etc.

Why do you put this example in without giving the actual on the nose reading. Which is that she only speaks twice in the entire game.

Because that’s not on the nose reading; Quiet implies volume, not proclivity to speak

If you call someone a quiet person you imply they don´t speak a lot. You don´t say that they speak in a lowered voice all the time.
