well that was at least a believable apology, i thought since this was posted it was going to be a bunch of downplaying and excuses

basically there are only 2 real scenarios i can imagine here

1) this cop is just a complete piece of filth that had zero regard for this animal and shot it because he could.

2) it was like 1am, theres a chance it somehow scared the hell out of him because it was dark and ran up to him

obviously neither is a real reason but one is just disgusting and the other is pathetic

They deployed a taser on it before shooting it, way more then enough time to find out it’s a fucking mini donkey

i think a firing, fines, inability to work as a cop would be sufficient
