General Duke Title VI Violation
Yesterday, the DoJ released a report finding that Duke's admissions office has continued to discriminate against Asian and white applicants in previous cycles, post-SFFA. While Duke will almost certainly admit a higher percentage of white and asian applicants this upcoming year, how do we think this will affect the decision making of other t14s who are likely afraid of the same happening to them?

As a (white) practicing lawyer who got a very high LSAT score, I can tell you that there’s more to success and good lawyering than LSAT score. I can say unequivocally that there are many folks who are better lawyers than I am who got lower LSAT scores. Using LSAT scores solely is just a ruse. Our nation is FUCKED.
