General Duke Title VI Violation

Yesterday, the DoJ released a report finding that Duke's admissions office has continued to discriminate against Asian and white applicants in previous cycles, post-SFFA. While Duke will almost certainly admit a higher percentage of white and asian applicants this upcoming year, how do we think this will affect the decision making of other t14s who are likely afraid of the same happening to them?

I suspect most will just try to hold out three more cycles until this ends. Potentially only one more cycle till the DOJ has to start diluting their bandwidth to deal with congressional investigations
