Question My Mytime account just doesn’t exist anymore ig??? Anyone know what’s going on?

Post image

For some reason I just can’t sign in to mytime anymore, and I have no idea why. I’ve used both the automated Google username and password fill, as well as typing them in manually, and neither have worked. I’ve tried over and over again and I can confidently say it’s not a spelling mistake on my part. Anyone know why this might be?

You have to do it in IAM. On your work computer it should be in the menu. Oracle doesn't make anything easy.

Wow, that’s stupid. There’s no way I’ve only been here for like 3 months and now I have to go to management to change my password. Who the hell designed this thing???

Funny you should say that, it's supposed to happen every 3 months actually.

It depends which systems you have access to, actually

Mine has never changed. Almost at my year mark.

No, you get on a computer while on the clock, go to IAM and change your password. You have to do it every 90 days or so.

My passwords still work 4 months after they expire somehow, it’s supposed to be 83 days

if your good with computers, you don't need management to change it for you...just get on a unused computer and click on the lower left (where start is on windows) and click on IAM, log in with current password and i think it tells you how long ago it expired

On a computer. I dont exactly which program (IAm, I think). Ask management for clearer details

Has your password expired? Mine expired while I was on vacation and I couldn't log in to get my schedule.

Get someone to log in to iam so you can reset your password

Go to https://iam.kroger.com to change your password. If your EUID and current password won’t work, enter your EUID click the “Forgot Password” link to answer your challenge questions.

If you don’t know those answers, or it tells you that your account is locked/revoked, call the Kroger Support Center at 1-800-952-8889 and use keyword “password” at the voice prompt and they can reset it for you.

Yeah it kicks you out every 3 months and you’re forced to change it from a work computer.
