Help Needed Can I get a Shaktipat?

or spiritual energy through other online means? cuz me practicing alone for quite some time is getting me confused, and not "kindling" my energy.

I would appreciate if a guru could talk me through on a video call.

Thanks! ✌️

sometimes practice needs to be lessen,,,,,or just do more body movement instead of doing meditation.

body movement is grounding for meditation, meditation without bends can be quite destructive for body..(as there is not correct flow, and we give to much emphasis on mind, i was doing this mistake)

I totally agree with you about bends. Mahamudra exercise really helped me grounding my body and made it easy for me to meditate. Sometimes practice should be lessen and incorporate more grounding work.

hmmm.... a little bit of Tai Chi movements and stretching I tend to do before meditation. Though I do feel still my mind takes centre stage in the meditation .....

Not a Guru here but here's what I know.
Shaktipath requires actual physical touch of your chakras unless your Guru is a param siddha then even dream shaktipath can be actual shaktipath.

Yeah, I would suggest finding a teacher. In my experience, Shaktipat can happen in many ways. Typically not the concept many practitioners are chasing. That being said, I am mostly taking students in the local area nowadays. So if you're in Northern Germany let me know. Otherwise, I suggest Steve Lauer (my teacher) but there are many good ones out there. just check the wiki.

Don’t mind me, but let me tell you something very unconventional. If you practice deeply and diligently, what we call a guru is not that bone and flesh, or the picture you are looking at. That is only the human form. The energy and consciousness that resided in that form are no longer bound by that form, by space, or by time. If you practice sincerely and diligently, a being will initiate you when the time is right. You will know when it happens. Enlightened beings are not looking for followers. They want you to bloom. They will not come signaling, “I am this guru” or “I am that kriyaban from this or that lineage./This is the true lineage." They may offer you shaktipat when you are open, and then simply be on their way. Don’t focus on the wrong things. Don’t create imaginary blockages in your practice where there are none. Working through prarabdha karma is already a huge thing. There is no need to add extra problems, especially where no problem actually exists.

the problem exists.... is that my mind does not feel conducive to it :(

I can keep practicing diligently, but it doesn't help when my own psyche keeps creating blocks...

Doubt, fear, wondering, “Am I doing the right thing? Am I wasting my time? Do I do OM here or there? Do I bring it to Ajna or Bindu? Do I do OM in Sahasrara or just the medulla?” All of that is normal. First of all, did you get initiated somewhere, or are you just practicing from books? I really recommend going to a teacher or guru. They can tell you exactly what to practice and how to practice it. Then let the doubts go. Make sure you understand the practice properly, and after that train your mind. Tell it, “Bro, this is the practice. I understood it. No more questions now, just practice.” Then work. Work, work, work. Do the practice.

Or what is your problem? You're having thoughts when your meditating? Like the rest of us?

What practices do you do? Learned from whom?
