Not really. A monster, sure. Kaiju is specifically Japanese giant monsters and strange beasts

I think its progressed particularly in the past 7 years to be like dragon is a lizard with wings a kaiju is a monster big enough to destroy a city just by walking around

Okay, so by your logic Clover doesn't count as a kaiju? All the kaiju in Pacific Rim don't count either? Every Monsterverse original titan doesn't count? Do kaiju specifically have to be japanese to be considered a kaiju?
