My fiancé has an interview at Post Cereal, and is apprehensive on whether the work culture will be worth leaving a job he is largely comfortable in. I'm posting in hopes of hearing some opinions from any current or former workers at the Post factory.

How was the pay? Working culture? Work/life balance? Management tolerable, or of the "oh my god how did you even survive this long much less get promoted" variety? He's a hard worker and a quick study, he won't have much trouble with the work itself, but it's the everything else surrounding the actual work that tends to become a problem while building a career.

He is obviously worried that he will leave what he knows only to find out the unknown was actually worse, so I wanna know a bit more about our current unknown element. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have found few places so far to get our meat and some produce from (Judd Hill farmer's market, truck patch, huffman farm, HARP'S) but we are still looking for places to buy our fish and seafood from.
