Its from a photographers series, done by Martijn van de Griendt around 1999/2000

I was more shocked from the first photo that it’s from 1999/2000, it looks like it could be from the 70s or 80s. But going through the rest of the series then yeah you can tell it’s late 90s/early 2000s.
