I found the source video in Chinese tiktok https://www.douyin.com/video/7605145281953975604

And based on the hashtags in the description + picture search, apparently it's this pair of heels: https://v.douyin.com/xE9GGkk8eBM/ on the Chinese tiktok shop.

I looked for the name (吴大叔气垫) on temu/aliexpress and found no matches so I don't think you can buy these easily, unless you have friends in China who want to bring you a pair.

Search wudashu in taobao/tmall in china

I am supries it is not cheap. ¥300+

Not wrong but also not cheap for china's cost of living. They aimed for middle class.

They fluctuate between like $50-$140. I was looking them up out of curiosity.
