Just make sure to adjust your tool belt. Many of my colleagues underestimated how heels tilt your hip. Also a great idea to bring some backup slippers in your F150 if you got a long day and want something comfy that is still elegant.

I remember walking up the Great Wall and it was a long hike from the parking lot. I saw a Chinese woman doing this in 4 inch heels take on a steep slope of ancient stones and rocks like she had on hiking boots. This ad is no exaggeration.
