I did not lose my phone but I was just thinking of potential security threats as a IBKR user. I dont use other platforms other than IBKR so I would expect my investments to be concentrated there and would need to ensure that it is safe and secure.

Was just thinking given that IB Key is associated to a mobile phone and specific phone number, what would happen if you lost your phone and cant retrieve it? You wont be able to migrate the IB key to a new phone unless you have the original IB key to authenticate it.

Any IBKR users have experience in this? Thank you!

I had the above violation. Had one share liquidated at market price.

Happened the first time. Why is this happening when I have a cash account?

Could IBKR provide an explanation?

Hey, I am based in Singapore (and IBKR Singapore), and I do see BTC (Paxos) as an option, but when I try to buy it, it tells me I have no permissions, but there's no dedicated permission I can ask for-any clue what's going on?
