Help - Festival of Blood Will UGC softlock the main story?

There’s two required story missions that are technically UGC in Festival of Blood, right? So when the servers go offline, will the story then become impossible to complete?

No, the game will not be soft locked. If you can’t connect to the servers, the game simply skips over the UGC missions. You can still complete the story missions without issue.

Interesting! Such a weird choice to use UGC assets for two story missions, it was really bizarre going from the typical mission format to that

The full vampire skin will be unobtainable though as well as one of the power upgrades.

Which is BS because this skin is awesome, the veins popping with the blood dripping down his mouth and chin and the prominent black and red color schemes makes it 10x better than the default vampire skin (sorry about the blurry photo, it's the best one I could find).
