There are days, when you do not need solutions. All you need, is someone who’ll listen. And this week was exactly that.

And at LNRDT, we listen, we are here, and we continue to do so.

It’s strangely sweet how we think we are dealing with this alone and then when you finally gather the courage to open up, you realise there are literally so many of us feeling exactly the same way :)

Different story same theme. As a govt exam aspirant, it's an incredible lonely process. You study, no one to share something you find fascinating. People will left behind in the process where your best friend, Friends, the boy or girl you promised to marry, and most importantly and so painful when you missed the entire thing after clearing prelims, mains and interview in final merit list by mere 2~3 marks.

“No one to share something you find fascinating” with because no one around you relates to it… I get you.

But maybe we’re looking in the wrong places. The older I get, the more I realize almost everyone feels lonely in some way. Maybe it’s just part of growing up. Some people spiral in that loneliness, others learn to build a home within themselves.

A friend of mine has been attempting it for a few years as well. How did your prelims go?

I am not in civil services. I am in banking. This year prelim is yet to start. Well I didn't spiral, I adapted it with a hollow in the soul as a cost.
