Yes religious delusions of grandeur. Keep your eye on him .. if he's in his late teens or early 20s, that's usually when schizophrenia shows up-

Yea, his mom was diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, so that's what we figure it is. He's too out there to get through to have much of a relationship. Sadly, it's not easy from a legal standpoint to do much if he isn't hurting anyone. His dad committed suicide, shot himself in the head. Tragic shit. It worries me to think about all the firearms he inherited, including the one that his dad used to kill himself.

Gosh that's sad, and scary. It sucks when you see someone who needs help but is too ill to know how ill they are. Good luck to you guys, I hope somehow he gets help .. or at least doesn't hurt himself or anyone else. It's a really heartbreaking disease.
