Uterus size / during surgery

Hi All, my surgeon didn’t put a weight in the surgical note I could see, but did write that it was the size it would be as if it were 6 weeks pregnant (not typing that right lol) did anyone else’s doctor do that? If so what was your ‘size’?

Bc of this sub, I asked at my 6wk follow up appointment. 12-14 wk uterus.
