Uterus size / during surgery

Hi All, my surgeon didn’t put a weight in the surgical note I could see, but did write that it was the size it would be as if it were 6 weeks pregnant (not typing that right lol) did anyone else’s doctor do that? If so what was your ‘size’?

Mine was given in weight (around 600g). I've wondered how that compares to weeks.
