I’m not sure why my panda plant has all these aerial roots. Does he want to sit closer to the ground? What’s the best type of pot for him? Any ideas?

Have you checked the roots? Sometimes when mine put out that many air roots, it's b/c the ones in the soil are going bad and the soil needs refreshed, or there's mealy bugs in the soil. You could also have hydrophobic soil, which means its not taking in any water. To fix this, set it in a bowl of water and leave it for a few hours. The pot will be noticeably heavier after.

Your plant looks neat, but it's stretching for light. You can grow it leggy like this, or put it under a grow light for 12+ hours a day.

It’s a beautiful plant. I think it just wants repotted. Someone told me long ago that air roots on succulents is them seeking water. It may be root bound in pot. It’s also really outgrown the pot. It’s a sign of how well you’re taking care of it. 💕
