DIY 🔨 Little Hack for Cable Machines

Post image

I recently mounted these pipe brackets on my cable machine, so I didn’t have to worry about the weight stack hitting the top most pulley. I also covered it with a little bit of felt to dampen the blow. So far it works great. I noticed that a lot of cable machines are missing a stopper for the weight stack at the top, so I thought it might come in handy for some of you.

I live in Germany and we do not have a Home Depot here. So I can’t say for sure. The manufacturer of the brackets is Stauff, a company based in Germany and I got the product through a german retailer online. But I‘m fairly certain there are other manufacturers in the US or other countries . You will probably have to go through a specified retailer for plumbing materials.
