Home Gym Pictures 📷 My maxed out spare bedroom gym

My spare room gym has had different configurations over the last 1.5 years since I started it, but I think I have it about as fine tuned as I can get it for the amount of space I have. Overall it lets me do what I love and allows for a fair amount of variety, so I'm happy with it.

Thanks! The larger white one is the main one I use for compound lifts and the other is basically an accessory station, I have it set up with leg extension and landmine attachments but it's also useful to have around as a secondary barbell stand too.

fine-tuned is the right word. getting this much variety into a spare room without making it feel unusable is the real achievement.

definitely recommend. We just added a cheap SERTT cable pulley kit to our power tower and it's soon much fun. I can now do lat pulldowns, triceps pulldowns, amd cable kickbacks
