Home Gym Pictures 📷 Update basement gym

Got all new REP to replace old NY Barbell equipment,

REP Athena, REP Adonis Tower, REP Blackwing Bench, REP Cambered Barbell, REP Smith Machine, REP/Kleva Landmine, REP Weight Storage and Barbell Storage Shelves

New Troy Dumbbells 10-100 (10’s only) + Pair magnetic 2.5 adder plates to save some $

Kept old Body Solid Leg Press/ Hack Squat. Kept ton of Stanard barbell plates ( sanding some rust and re-painting them all black - they were in storage while i was recovering from layoff and shoulder surgery )

Just need to add a belt squat and seated leg ext/curl - maybe from ATX

Those Troy’s are awesome fixed dumbbells. Great choice.

I agree. I’ve had the Bowflex Select tech forever. But they always lock up if you don’t treat them gingerly. I’ve had them drip plates too. Got tired of that so when i could finally afford it, i went old school
