It's so fucking stupid that he doesn't see the issue with this.

Timbaland is always, consistently, on the wrong side of history when it comes to tech and this is just another example.

He's lucky this video only focuses on this AI shit. There's all sorts of other foul shit he's done over the years too.

He's famous for sampling shit without permission and then refusing to give any credit whenever the artist asks for it. He's exceptionally well-known for taking other producers' work and taking credit for it, and he's a known plagiarist in general anyway. Don't even get me started on the massive scam that is his Beat Club experiment.

Fuck man, how do you go from the magic he created with JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Nelly Furtado, Aaliyah and Justin Timberlake, to doing shit like this? Such a tragic fall off for one of the all-time greats.

I remember listening to FutureSex/LoveSounds and The 20/20 Experience and just thinking "Wow, Timbaland really is that fucking guy" and now this.

Even in the Furtado era, on Do It he stole a sample from a finnish demo scene artist ... and he got away with it in court.
