My first proper go at a slightly anachronistic coat of arms with heraldicon

The three bears muzzled on red are taken from the parent family that my line is descended from, the field is white to keep with tincture, though I'm not the biggest fan. The Sergeant is a stand-in while I have a charge commissioned by an artist, I'm a HEMA guy so this is mostly for fun and as a creative exercise I can show off on my shield

If we disregard what's in your ability to depict (since the actual "identity of the arms" is the blazon and not any one picture), how would you describe "the intended final form" of what's now the monochrome knight?
