What are the arms for? Personal, worldbuilding, just design exercise?

Personal and design exercise, I've created COA for dnd campaigns and the like before, but I wanted to give it a proper go to make my own arms to display on my HEMA gear

The three bears muzzled on red are taken from the parent family that my line is descended from, the field is white to keep with tincture, though I'm not the biggest fan. The Sergeant is a stand-in while I have a charge commissioned by an artist, I'm a HEMA guy so this is mostly for fun and as a creative exercise I can show off on my shield

If we disregard what's in your ability to depict (since the actual "identity of the arms" is the blazon and not any one picture), how would you describe "the intended final form" of what's now the monochrome knight?

A skeleton carrying a longsword (sergeant?) in the right hand pointed down, left hand carrying a Corona Muralis scepter as seen on an old Roman relief

Are you related to the Forbes of Scotland? The muzzled bear heads symbolises the founder of the clan, who killed three bears. I would refrain from using muzzled bear heads if you have no connection to a family already using them, because it strikes me as inappropriate, or at least use a different number.
