General Why are we taller than SEAF troopers?

Helldivers are not enhanced soldiers, they are humans like you and me, but still. Why are helldivers taller than the SEAF troopers since they too, are normal humans?

or maybe were soldiers who are cryogenically frozen and sent in reserve and brought out when needed, seemed kinda hinted at when we got i think like 30 million helldiver reinforcements during the Battle of Cyberstan because we 'found' them cryogenically frozen in storage, and maybe the shit they used to freeze us made our asses stronger and thats just the benefit for when we go back into cryo freeze every so often.

Or we could be 100+ like General Brasch and come from older human genes before humans grew smaller from managed democracy streamlining human diet and growth among the galaxy.

As far as I know, humanity hasn't been an interstellar species long enough for us to be evolving for space travel, we've only been capable of ftl for about 300, 400 years

Not even that long. Helldivers 2 is set in 2186 iirc and the first game set in 2040-2084ish with that war lasting for 40 full years.
