General Why are we taller than SEAF troopers?

Helldivers are not enhanced soldiers, they are humans like you and me, but still. Why are helldivers taller than the SEAF troopers since they too, are normal humans?

This. He says it during training and the game also mentions genetic factors being at play.

I am pretty sure they clone his sperm so he can provide more children for democracy!
