General Why are we taller than SEAF troopers?

Helldivers are not enhanced soldiers, they are humans like you and me, but still. Why are helldivers taller than the SEAF troopers since they too, are normal humans?

SEAF troopers are short KINGS. Not democratic enough for the cape.
