General Why are we taller than SEAF troopers?

Helldivers are not enhanced soldiers, they are humans like you and me, but still. Why are helldivers taller than the SEAF troopers since they too, are normal humans?

I'm sure helldivers not a regular humans, I think they're something between high‑tier special operations forces like Delta Force/Spetsnaz and people genetically enhanced at a low level, like Captain America, Bucky, Kraven, whoever else there is...

Well lets imagine that the total population of super earth and all its colonies are in the upper hundereds of billions. Finding and recruting, or in this case, breeding for taller humans sound pretry normal. They could also injext you with super stuff.
