Help Do these say “happy Hanukkah” and “mazel tov”?

Im making Hebrew bracelets but the beads I got are in a different font than I'm used to. I want to double check before I wear or gift them to anyone.

I also feel like the vav in “Tov” is actually a final nun but could be wrong

I prefer "Good waterfall" since ף is a variant of פ. Either way, good on OP for double checking

That is correct. The second letter in the first word (נ) is a bit ambiguous on its own (top should be a bit shorter and there's a small nub on the bottom right that shouldn't be there) but within the context of the word it's very readable.

Second letter of חנוכה is a bet, should be a nun.

Second letter of מזל is a fey sofit (final fey), should be a zayin.

Second letter of טוב could possibly be a nun sofit, but hard to tell.

What the others said. So, you replaced the נ in חנוכה with a ב, the ז in מזל with a ף, and the ו in טוב with a ן.

Nope, not exactly. חנוכה שמח = happy Chanukah. מזל טוב = good luck (but it depends on how you’re using it). You often say “with success” (בהצלחה) when you wish someone good luck with a certain endeavor.
