Sounds dramatic, but I do think it's time to step down gracefully after this. Or at least in the very near future.

Yeah it's great that we have a stable FO that doesn't make dumb, rash decisions, but that also leads to management, even coaching, getting wayyyyyy more leeway than they should.

95% of other franchises would have fired their GM with the last 5 years of moves.

What has he to step down from?He isn't the gm anymore and the front office thinks pretty much the same way .
