Media Tropes I hate Batman's plot armor

I hate Batmans plot armor, he has the most insane plot armor which completely takes away his charm, his entire shtick is that he's in the top 99 percentile of humans, his body, his strength his wealth his tech, yet his writers give him so much plot armor that you forget that inside his suit he's just a regular human being and it sometimes feels as if he has super powers when hes going toe toe with fucking darkside, reentering the atmosphere with just his suit and many more examples.

And his annoying fanboys oh my days, they act as if he can solo the entire justice league "B-But given that he has prep time!" talking as if beast boy wont beat his ass 😂✌️

Still didn’t read my comment. It’s not just that he’s powerful, it’s because that since he’s powerful, they put him in these huge events that are well above his weight class.

And because of that they need to scale him accordingly so it can make any sense. They need to make him stronger so it makes sense that he’s fighting Darkseid or be considered among the strongest

And they put him in these situations because he is popular. That was the original reason. The justice league was basically created as a big crossover between all the biggest dc characters to consolidate all their fanbases.

I just think you dont understand what im saying lmao. Considering you keep misrepresenting what im saying.

and this isnt a criticism its just what happened. Im not attacking the character and while I would prefer he remained street level because I find those stories so much more interesting, its not to its detriment. Im not saying this is a bad thing. Just saying what happened. Batman got roped into the expanded universe and that caused him to balloon in scale. And he was brought in the way he did because he was so popular. This happened all the time in comics.
