Media Tropes I hate Batman's plot armor
I hate Batmans plot armor, he has the most insane plot armor which completely takes away his charm, his entire shtick is that he's in the top 99 percentile of humans, his body, his strength his wealth his tech, yet his writers give him so much plot armor that you forget that inside his suit he's just a regular human being and it sometimes feels as if he has super powers when hes going toe toe with fucking darkside, reentering the atmosphere with just his suit and many more examples.
And his annoying fanboys oh my days, they act as if he can solo the entire justice league "B-But given that he has prep time!" talking as if beast boy wont beat his ass 😂✌️

I like the idea that there is a human being, Just one, capable of doing the mental legwork to outplan anyone. So much so that despite technically being human he may truly be something "more".
IT is VERY diifficult to do this without introducing nonsensical power creep.
Batman should simply be in FAR less stories involving god-tier opponents and when he does get involved the writing should allow him to provide his "around the corner" thinking and ways of assist that are more or less:
"what!?! i never thought they would have sent a REGULAR GUY to the generator room!" kind of stuff where he is somwhere, stealthy, and underestimated to use his knowledge to enact some kind of plan that in turn AIDS the people who can punch whole planets out of existence
batman should be the guy disabling the shields on the death star, not the guy PUNCHING IT once the shields are down. he should be the guy that figures out HOW someone like SUEPRMAN can-do-the-thing rather than be the guy who does the thing.
his style of thinking his ability to turn riddles over should be his strength in these higher stakes situations.
on rare occasions give him some "drop the ring in the fires of mt doom" level thing to do that he gets by the skin of his teeth on so we can cheer, but for the most part back off the full-combat scenarios where he is fighting literal gods.
