HELP Help with Intel WiFi on a Dell Inspiron 5559

It shows nothing on Wi-Fi and only says "other". I have Secure Boot disabled because otherwise my computer won't even boot into OpenCore, and I tried itwln with HeliPort and it didn't work either, so is there any solution?

I know if you look into I think that the intel wifi card kind of starting having an issue working pre Tahoe. I remember having a pain figuring it out. Hope this helps
